Medha Gandhi

Medha Gandhi is a public policy leader with a deep focus on global health, climate, and gender, with over 25 years of experience across government, philanthropy, international organisations, and civil society.

Her work has focused on designing sustainable pathways with government while keeping girls, women, and their families at the centre. Her career spans the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, CARE, Ipas, and CEDPA/C3.

Through Counterpoint, she and her team advise funders, governments, think tanks, professional associations, and development organisations on strategy, stakeholder engagement, research, and systems change.
